Terms & Conditions – BeepBeep Cars

1. Introduction

Welcome to BeepBeep Cars — your trusted car rental partner in Albania. When you rent a vehicle from us, you accept the terms and conditions listed below. Please read them carefully.

2. Rental Requirements

To rent a car, you must show a valid ID and a driver’s license at the time of pick-up. You must be at least 21 years old and have held your license for at least 1 year.

3. Reservation Policy

Submit your reservation request through our website or social media. Our team will confirm your booking within 12 hours.

To confirm your reservation, send us a photo of your valid ID and your driver’s license.

You can cancel for free if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.

4. Payment Policy

You must pay the full amount when you pick up the vehicle.

We do not ask for a credit card or deposit.

If you return the car early, we will not refund any rental fees.

5. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Locations

We offer standard pick-up and drop-off at Tirana International Airport (Rinas).

For other cities (e.g., Sarandë, Vlorë, Durrës), we can arrange pick-up and drop-off for an additional fee, which we will confirm via Instagram, WhatsApp, or Facebook during your booking.

6. Baby Car Seats

We provide baby car seats and booster seats for free. Let us know during booking if you need one.

7. Support & Communication

You can contact our team 24/7 for any help or special requests. Reach out through WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook.

8. Fuel & Cleanliness Policy

Return the car with the same fuel level it had at pick-up. If not, we will apply a refueling charge.

Make sure the car is clean when you return it. Otherwise, we will charge a €10 cleaning fee.

If the car is too dirty to check for scratches or damage, you will need to pay for a full wash.

9. Driving Restrictions

Drive only on paved public roads.

Do not drive off-road; doing so will result in a €300 fine.

If you want to leave Albania, inform us in advance.

We allow border crossings to Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Corfu (via ferry).

Each crossing costs €50. A Green Card is not included.

10. Insurance Options

We offer two levels of insurance coverage:

a) Protective Insurance – 80% Coverage

This covers external damage, fire and theft, CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), glass and mirrors, and roadside assistance.

You pay 20% of any damage costs.

b) Super Protective Insurance – 100% Coverage

This includes everything above, plus full accident coverage and liability insurance.

You pay nothing in case of damage (except tire issues or off-road violations).

Note: Insurance is valid only on paved roads. It does not cover tire damage or off-road use.

11. Additional Terms

You may travel with pets, but only if they are small and in carriers.

Keep your phone active during the rental period so we can contact you if needed.

You are responsible for any parking tickets, traffic fines, or other violations.

If you are over 65 or have held your license for less than a year, we may charge an extra fee or decline the rental.

12. Changes to Terms

BeepBeep Cars may update these terms at any time. We will post updates on our website, and they will take effect immediately.

13. Governing Law

Albanian law governs all agreements with BeepBeep Cars.
